Therapy for individuals Navigating Anxiety, Identity, and Complicated Relationships
Online Therapy in Massachusetts
Helping you untangle overthinking, people-pleasing, and relational stress so you can move forward with confidence and self-trust.
You deserve to feel more like yourself.
Most people I work with describe feeling like their mind grabs onto everything and runs with it.
Small moments turn into big stories. Conversations get replayed. Intentions get questioned. It can feel like you’re constantly evaluating yourself, how you sounded, what someone thinks of you, whether you did something wrong or disappointed someone.
Does this sound like you?
-
You overthink conversations, read into things, and get stuck trying to figure out what people meant or how you came across.
-
You find yourself trying to keep the peace to prevent disappointing others or to avoid conflict.
-
It can feel confusing to think about your life in the short term, or the long term sometimes. You question yourself and don’t always feel like you can trust your own perspective.
-
Even when you understand what you’re doing you end up in the same cycle. You start wondering if anything will ever change.
I’m kate.
I believe you deserve to feel at home in yourself and in your life.
I’m a therapist based in Western Massachusetts, supporting individuals across the state. I help adults struggling with anxiety, relationships—including relationship strain, stress, or estrangement—and identity concerns to move out of overthinking, people-pleasing, and holding back, and toward living more authentically with confidence and self-trust.
Many people I work with often feel stuck in their own head. They find themselves overthinking things, second-guessing themselves, and feeling like they’re repeating the same loop over and over again.
Together we’ll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck. Put words to how you’ve been feeling. And gain valuable tools that help you navigate life in a way that fits who you are, at the core.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to helping you feel more balanced, confident, and connected to what matters most to you.
How I can help
I help you make sense of what’s happening underneath overthinking, so you can trust yourself more in your choices and relationships.
In sessions, we work directly with what shows up in real life. Things like overthinking, self-doubt, people pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and relationship patterns.
Instead of trying to force change, we start by understanding what’s driving these patterns in the first place. A lot of them make sense once we can actually see them clearly instead of just reacting to them.
My role is to help reflect things back in a way that makes them easier to understand, connect the dots you might already be sensing, and help you get unstuck from cycles that feel repetitive or frustrating.
The goal isn’t to tell you who to be, it’s to help you feel more clear about who you are so you can actually trust yourself in your choices, relationships, and day-to-day life.
-
Stop getting trapped in your thoughts, people pleasing, and lost in self-doubt. Find clarity, pace and regain a sense of control.
-
Stop doubting yourself, seeking reassurance, feeling lost, and hiding your true wants. Make decisions that align with your values without second guessing and live authentically.
-
Stop people pleasing, avoiding conflict, and get rid of that feeling like everyone’s mad at you. Set boundaries without guilt and with confidence.
